All pursuit cars mode.
Type in macr at the main menu.
All secret cars.
At the main menu before you hit race type in go01 up tp go22 there are 22 hidden cars, so type in any of those and then hit race you should be able drive them around. For example go12 is a bus and go05 might be different.
Colored cars mode
At the main menu type in ckjones.
Drive around in a bus.
Before you hit race type go12 if done correct you will hear something like a shhhh sound.
Get all cars
At the main menu type in 'allcars' if correct you will hear something like a shhhhhh sound.
Voice on radio in single race.
Type in the number 43 at the main menu.
